A bit of fun to be. Before, I would have probably not taken so calmly, but this time I am very relaxed:)

Such a change means for our customers actually relatively little effort: old health insurance company (KK) cancel out, sign the request from us and send us confirmation of termination of the old KK enclose check or will be filed later. Like many other KK, we even provide forms for the termination of the old KK.
We then capture the request and inform the old KK and the employer of the customer that now a new man in town to send out the new card
etc. This usually costs 2 phone calls or faxes, but it must be very timely manner, otherwise, the customer is insured for his old KK.
Well hats with a customer, unfortunately, not for 1.6. worked. Unfortunately, this means that the whole procedure must be re-opened - was included, etc. Accordingly, notice by the old KK, the customer wanted a little drowsy and not change suddenly to us.
